Ship arriving in Castries... is a Soufriere tour possible?

Hello! Very new to cruising and international travel in general.

 

My ship (Royal Caribbean) will be arriving in Castries, St. Lucia at 5AM and leaving at 8PM. But I was really interested in a couple things in Soufriere (Diamond Botanical Gardens, Sulfur Springs, and some other stuff).

 

Is there a safe and cost-effective way to do this?

You have 13 hours (although disembarkation probably won't start til at least 8am, so really 10-11 hours)

Very very easy to do Soufriere your, not an issue
