Orange party?

Going on Nieuw Statendam in January 2023.  How do I know if there will be an "Orange" party?  I did not see anything in the Navigator app at first glance.  I was going to order some fun stuff to take. 🙂 Thanks!

We've been on 6 HAL cruises since the restart and every one had an Orange party.

What all happens at the orange party?  When is it usually held?

Recently on Volendam it was held in the Ocean Bar at about 9 pm.  There's music and decorations and lots of drinking and dancing going on.  We walked into the Atrium area after late dining and the place was jammed with people.  We decided to not expose ourselves to so many people and had our drink elsewhere (like our stateroom).🙁

The Orange Party of NS (12/10 - 12/17/22) was at the BB King Stage Area. So packed there was barely room to move, no place to sit and dance floor area was shoulder to shoulder. We left but, to each his own.

On the Zaandam, it was in the Crow’s Nest. Quite lively, but the cocktails on “special” were quite potent. When your cruise gets close enough, it will be posted in the When & Where section in the Navigator (tap the ship icon at the bottom labeled “Experiences” and then tap When & Where. Keep selecting the days at the top and then scroll through the listed events to see on which day it will be held. My cruise leaves January 5 and the schedule has been posted for a week or so already.

Sounds like this party will be a good people watching experience.  I have some Dutch orange attire so hopefully I will fit in!
