Transportation from Wingate by Wyndham Miami Airport hotel to POM

I am looking for suggestions on the best way to get from the Wyndham Miami Airport hotel to POM.  We are a party of two, with probably 3 bags. We usually fly into Fort Lauderdale a take a shuttle from the hotel to the port. This time we are flying into the Miami airport and staying by the airport. Are shuttles available? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you ask the hotel if they have a shuttle that goes to the port? 
I’ve stayed at Wingates a few times when I was still traveling  for work, and they all had a logo’d shuttle van. 
 

if they don’t go that far, they probably have a local company they recommend.

Thank you for your suggestion, and yes, I did call the hotel. They do not provide shuttle service to the port. They said uber or a taxi. I was hoping someone might have some other alternatives.

Taxi should be about $30 on the meter - Uber or Lyft should be less unless surge pricing affects pricing.

Just take an Uber or Taxi. Uber will be more reliable and unless surge pricing cheaper. Only other option is a shuttle, but once you get more than two people you are not saving money, and making a simple trip and a few seconds on an app a much slower and more complicated process.
