Emailed Cruise Final Statement Balance

Just got back from a cruise and received the statement balance by email.   The statement does not show the refundable credit.   Is this normal?

I also just returned from a cruise and received my statement.  Check under primary card holder's folio for last line item "Referred to Corporate Finance."  That's where I found my refundable credit.

I see the line but it has a charge of $14.56.   No credit listed.  Our last printed statements had over $100 in refundable credit.

Our credit is also listed under the "charge" column.  It is the same amount we had as leftover refundable OBC when we left the ship.  I am assuming that amount was referred to corporate for refund.  I don't know why your amount differs from your last statement.

Their statements are way more confusing than they used to be. I did see our refunds in the "Referred to Corporate Finance" sections after trying to decipher them.

I just received my statement from Jan 8 trip.

I always like to have them charge a small amount to my credit card rather than worry about receiving a refund.

Waiting for a check in the mail is frustrating but they will send it in a month or so. 

btw- We had numerous incorrect charges for drinks which I had immediately corrected at the PSD. Check your statement daily.

we owed $2.22 - perfect.  and like you we had some beverage charges the first day, incorrect, and i went to PSD on day 3 to get them removed - took awhile, maybe the person was new, but all good

Every time I stood on line they knew exactly what I was there for.

 

If I was getting that many incorrect charges, others must have also. I wonder how many people just didn't see them on the medallion app or waited until the last day when they couldn't be easily identified. 

 

Anyway you beat me. We had to paid $6.65 to our charge card. 

They had a sale on some earrings that I couldn't pass up.
