Hi Everyone, we recently became pinnacle and I have a question.  I know the suite concierge emails all suite guests the week prior to sailing.  Do they also email pinnacle members since pinnacle are allowed in the suite lounge?  If they don't do you know who I could email to ask a question concerning making show reservations on the Wonder of the Seas?

We stayed in suites several times and didn't need to email anyone.  Other than that we booked when we got on the ship.  Just thought maybe someone would have an email to the Diamond Concierge if the suite one didn't email Pinnacle Members.

Unless you are in a suite you cannot make show or dinner reservations before you board.  That is an exclusive suite perk.

That does not change with C&A status.

You can make reservations online or in the app about a month before sailing.

I was in a full suite last week and was not contacted at all by the concierge pre cruise.  Point being… it doesn’t even work the way it should for suite guests sometimes.
