Alternative Offers?

I have reservations for five cruises over the next two years.  Some offer “Free at Sea Plus” and others offer a special deal on two additional specialty dinners.  None offer both.  Am I correct that NCL is only offering one or the other on each specific future cruise?

Both offers appear on our April 15, 2023 NCL Star cruise.

It may depend on when you booked. Certainly the offer for two extra meals only applied to cruises booked after a specific date when it was introduced. Free at sea plus is likely the same.
