The issue may be stemming from casino offer problems but several cruises were showing up as $0 for me today also, same price for inside through suite. And I’ve never gambled more than $10 in the casino in all my cruises combined.

I currently have a ticket in because the Princess Plus that appeared as included in the offer when I booked it disappeared from the actual booking after I paid.  In addition to that there was no place to insert my husband's member number when I was completing the booking, you have to enter everything for passenger #2 manually.  Which means you can't use their FCD and the price of PVP is inflated if passenger #2 qualifies for the Platinum upgrade.  And then calling to correct the passenger #2 member number fixes the PVP overpricing issue but then the system somehow thinks that it's a cancellation and rebooking since there is a new member number on the booking.  That is on the escalation ticket too.  At least I think it is.  The offshore rep I spoke to knew nothing about the new system and waffled about whether or not I had to pay the $200 cancellation fee that was suddenly due as a result of the programming fail that didn't allow entry of a member number.  Sigh.  Book yourself at your own risk.
