Where did my purchase go?

I prepaid our gratuities for our 3/9 cruise but they no longer show up on the My Princess website or the Medallion! Any suggestions?

Did you by chance check the Travel Summary for your cruise to see if it is also missing there?

Could it have something to do with today is the day Feb 20th that the new gratuities prices goes into affect ??

Didn’t realize I had 2 threads. It has been 2 weeks since I purchased. Where would I find this on my account? I have been looking under purchases.

Go to your booking in your Princess Personalizer. Then click on "Luggage Tag & Travel Summary" in the upper right-hand corner. Then click on "Print Travel Summary".

Cruise personalizer 

Look under payments

Click on Travel summary 

Print Travel summary

That should show all your purchases.

 

Did you see the charge show up

on your credit card statement?
