Water for Baby Formula

We are sailing with our 7mo(will be 8mo at the time of sailing). I went ahead and submitted the special request form to bring water for making formula bottles a while back. Printed our cruise documents this morning and their tagged liquids approved. Does anyone have any experience with this? I don’t want to have to carry the water on if I don’t have to, so hoping it can go in as checked luggage. Last thing I want to do is lug around a case of water until our rooms our ready.

If you leave it in your checked luggage, your bags will be flagged and confiscated by security. You will have to go and claim them in the Naughty Room around sailing time. If you want distilled water, that can be provided free of charge by your room steward.

I have 5 kids and only used tap water, so easy to get any temperature.
