We recently returned from a cruise on Quantum which was a free cruise thanks to Club Royale. The cruise is listed in our past cruises but our C&A points have not been updated. Does this mean we won’t earn points for this cruise? Just wondering if anyone knows the answer before we contact RCL to check.

I recently had the same experience.  The cruise had points on the recent cruises tab but my total never increased by that amount.  After two weeks I called CAS and they fixed it. 

 

If it's been more than 10 days I'd call.   800-526-9723

I don't think that they can use that number from Australia.

Sadly C&A doesn't service the world very well.  The most reliable way to get C&A issue resolved from Australia is to call the US toll free number using Skype.  Best $8 AUD ever spent.
