Rome hotels with cruise port transports

We’re taking a cruise from Civitavecchia and are flying in to spend two days in Rome before the cruise. Are there hotels in Rome that have transportation to the cruise port?

We always stay at Hotel Golden. This is a small family-run hotel that will arrange transport to and from the cruise port. You will pay for this but the price is reasonable.

Its about 75 minutes from central Rome to the port. No hotel will provide free transport that distance. Some will help arrange for a fee, or you can arrange your own. There are several options on the Italy board.

As mentioned, no hotel will provide this service. After much research on the Italy board, we booked "private" transfers with a well known company on this board. It was a shared shuttle and worked well. We were picked up at our hotel and then proceeded to pick up other cruisers at their hotels.

What did you use for transportation from the hotel to the port? We are thinking of staying here and wanted a reliable transportation.

Hotel Golden will arrange for a car/driver. Just make your request when you make the hotel reservation; there should be a place to check the option. Or, just email them. They will take good care of you.
