The price isn't bad and neither is the taste. But beignets like you get at Cafe du Monde they ain't.

Definitely not!  I wish they would to the booze-injected beignets like you can get a couple of place at Disney World!

They are on the Sea Day Brunch menu of Panorama and Miracle. Six for $6 and a dozen for $9.

The first batch I had were awful on Panorama. Over cooked, heavy as lead, and enough sugar to ice a cake. I had a pow-wow with the chef and suggested the Disney recipe. I ask for golden brown, served straight from the oil, with powered sugar on the side. They were delicious beyond words.

Good morning fellow cruisers!  DH & I were on the Celebration in January & loved the beignets from Emeril’s.  We’re going on the Mardi Gras in July & looked at the menu for Emeril’s & don’t see the beignets!  Has anyone been on the Mardi Gras recently & can confirm?  We were really looking forward to getting those again!  Seems odd to not have them in the Mardi Gras considering it’s all about New Orleans.

TIA!

They were there in January and they were so good. There was a strawberry and a chocolate dipping sauce!

Enough powdered sugar to ice a cake and then some, sounds about right.

They should be golden brown. Straight from the oil is desirable, but impractical in today's I Don't Want to Wait society. The dough has to be just right, also. Along with the oil.

Thanks everyone!  It looks like they are available (at least for now).  We’ll see what July brings!! 🙂

I too am breathing a huge sigh of relief. Those beignets on the Mardi Gras tasted like a 1600 on the S.A.T. and hair that doesn’t friz in humidity. God showed all the way out with those.  🥰🥰🥰
