Club Points for Cancelled but Fully Paid Cruise

So due to a medical situation we had to cancel our 10 and 11 day back to back cruises after final payment.

Will we or should we get our Captain's  Club points?

 

I think I read or heard somewhere that it says points are awarded based on the number of days sailed.

 

Has anyone had any experience with this situation?

No points unless you actually take the cruise. Hopefully you had insurance to cover the cruise. Be well soon.

Unfortunately, no points are awarded in this situation.  I have not heard of exceptions being made either.  I am sorry you had to cancel.

The only time I've received "points" for a cancelled cruise was when the cruise line cancelled it (and it was a different line).
