Changing cabins after final payment?

We are booked on a B2B on Reflection with a balcony cabin with the bed by the balcony. We would prefer the bed by the bathroom but none are available without changing cabins. Just wondering if anyone has had luck changing after final payment? Also, any advantages to the bed by the balcony? We have never had that arrangement. Thanks!

You can change to another cabin in the same sub category even after final payment.  Find one available by doing a mock booking then call whomever you booked with and ask for the cabin change.

 

We like bed by balcony as it gives you the floor space as you enter the cabin without having to get around the bed.  We find with bed by the bath access to the closet is difficult.

Have always preferred bed by bath because I like my sitting area by the window. Many must think the same, as this layout seems to be the first to go.

Changed a number of cabins after final payment.  As long as the room you wish is in the same sub-category there is no problem.

The bed by the  bath configuration is the one that will accommodate 3-4 guests so frequently if you select 2 passengers not all of the bed by the bath cabins that are avail will show as open.

Never thought of it that way. I did think it strange that every second cabin was already taken.
