Very strict.   I had a flight once at 11:25 and they rejected       I guess they need to draw a line in the sand and my understanding is that is 11:30.

Posters on a recent thread said the 11:30 a.m. rule is strictly enforced. (Makes sense with the narrow window between docking of the cruise ship and transporting the luggage through customs and to FLL.)  Someone on that thread posted a link to all the information so might be worth your time to review that thread?

Very strict.  Someone earlier, in a different thread, said they had an 1125 flight and were told no.
