I'm going to be in Reykjavik in late June.
My cruise (NCL) debarks in that city.

I plan to stay a couple of days.

Recommend a puffin tour.

Thx

edit:

This one advertises they get extra close to Puffin island

Anyone try them?

edit2:

hm.. They seem to be a re-seller.

Anyone know the actual tour company? Their boat is called Skúlaskeið

We walked up to to a boat in the harbor and signed up for a Puffin Boat tour about 7-8 years ago.  It was fun, but you don't get too close as the ones in the water swim away from the boat (and you can't see their bright red feet), and the boat can't get that close to the ones on shore.

Better than NOT seeing Puffins, but if there's any way to do a land tour I think it's so much better.  We've seen them close up near Vik and up in the Westfjords
