So hard to find pics of the actual suites (Aft vs Centre of ship) in the Neptune class. I have tried navigating on the cruise critic site for the info on specific rooms and no success. 3 years since we have cruised.

Yes I did. I could only find one of the suites and they warned about the window washing machine parked at their window. lol

I checked that site for room 5196 and the top photo is not even the same room. I know some of the rooms have separate toilet rooms (which avoids the toilet that your knees will hit the shower because of the angle). Also some of the rooms are smaller suites than others in the same category.

We were in a Neptune Suite on the Koningsdam last September.  I did a “LIVE” thread so if you start at this post you will see a description and pictures.  This is room #7061.

Thank you so much! My eyes are buggy checking out different Neptune suites as some have a separate room with a toilet in it and some don’t. We have had an aft veranda before on the Koningsdam and there was quite a lot of vibration but I love the size of the wraparound decks of the Neptunes back there.

Yes. That's because some Signature Suites were 'upgraded' to Neptune. I wouldn't book a guarantee for a Neptune Suite. Like you, I would book a specific stateroom.

That’s good to know! We will be talking to our TA today to book a Neptune. We will be flying into Vancouver and now looking at hotels. Prices have gone up everywhere for hotels.

We really loved the separate water closet.  I’ve had a Neptune Spa cabin on the Koningsdam (didn’t care for it) but have never had an aft.  (I have pictures of that Spa room if you need to see those too.  It does not have a separate WC.)  My preference is for an NS within proximity of the lounge.  I am happy with their verandahs and the rest of the ship allows for views all around.
