When you actually look at it, Free at Sea isn't so free. I remember once I looked at a Free at Sea cruise, the "gratuity" for the free drink package cost almost $500. Granted that's less than Cheers but surprisingly expensive "gratuities".

I found it reasonable for my upcoming 9 night, $398 total drink gratuity for both of us.

I have an RU2 offer, it's not totally free, but I think the difference in fare is about the amount I would have to pay in gratuities on the cheers package
