Switched Sailings but Same Reservation Number and App isn't updating..

Hi.  Switched a sailing from one ship to another.  The reservation number is the same but the APP has not updated with the new sailing itinerary.  Has anyone else experienced this?  It has been 2 weeks...  thanks!  Susan

Log out and back in. If that doesn't work, clear the app's cached data.

The same thing happened to me . My TA told me to wait a few days for the app to update . When that didn’t happen I called RCG and asked for the phone number for the IT department and I guess there isn’t one.  So , I deleted the app and reloaded it and rebooted my iPhone and it is now updated. Can’t tell what worked .
