No Sugar Added Desserts

In my experience the main dining room offers one no sugar added dessert each night. On the Encore in January I felt that they had stepped it up a bit and the NSA desserts were better than before (I've been limiting sugar since 2018, so 6 NCL cruises). It's worth trying at least.

Yes, there are sugarless desserts available.  I found them to be mostly not only sugarless but tasteless.  Looked nice though.

To be fair, most of their sugary MDR and buffet desserts were tasteless too. 😅

As said above, there is usually one NSA dessert in the MDR.  In the buffet there is an area with several offering that are NSA.  Usually they seem to be apple pie, and puddings of different sorts, and a horrid flourless chocolate cake (aka, the brown brick).   I occasionally get the apple pie, which isn’t bad' but usually go with fruit or the cheese tray.
