Link reservations?

We are a party of 14 sailing next month.  What is the benefit of “linking” our reservations together?  Thanks

Also booking shows if on Oasis/Quantum class.

 

Basically it allows any one person to make plans for the group.

I linked our reservation to my sister in law’s reservation.  It worked really well because her cell phone couldn’t download the app.  So check in, the safety video were all easier to take care of.  We had our excursions together and that was nice too

I just did this with two other parties (family).  Its nice to be able to book our excursions and dining together.  I am also going to check us all in so we can board together.
