Best Guess on Formal nights

We enjoyed ourselves and cared less about formal attire on others.

OK so Inquiring minds want to know, on a 10 Canada New England cruise departing 7pm,with 2 formal nights and only 1 sea day,  which is our  anniversary,  when are the formal nights?
