Does Celebrity do walk off disembarking in Ravenna? If yes, is it at the same time as other ports 7am?

I would expect so, but those things are not etched in concrete, in terms of exact timing, because there are so many variables. If "walk off" is, for example, the second or third group allowed to go, expect that to be true. However, NO ONE can promise you 7am.

I’d like to do walk off but where am I walking to? Sounds like the port doesn’t have any Uber and taxis are scarce, so unless I park a rental car in the unsecured lot what are my options?

If you're talking about "walk off" disembarkation at the end of the cruise, you would need to have arranged private transportation in advance, OR understand when the shuttles will start running passengers to the train station to catch the train to onward points.

 

On a turnaround day in Ravenna, Celebrity offered shuttles starting fairly early but maybe not as early as 7am. There were also shuttles to and from Ravenna all day for remaining passengers if they wanted to go into Ravenna.
