Nearly at the start of ugrade bids It may prove useful to have data on previous successful upgrade bids. So is the following format useful?

• Cruise Sail Date:
• Loyalty Tier 
• Booked Direct OR via TA: 
• Current Cabin:
• Princess Offers  Cabin, Min, Max

If  Bidding Details Cabin , Offer

• Result
• Notification Days before embarkation

Not exactly sure what you mean...

but, I do not think any of that ,matters, just a confirmed paid for booking.

There was another thread that intended to do exactly that.  For most "tracking threads", people tend to ignore them and start new ones, sometimes right next to one on the same topic.  Great idea, unless there's a spreadsheet link that is made sticky with no other commentary it will probably age out.
