Do the balcony dividers open on the Silhouette?

Possibly on new build ships but I doubt it since there is a special tool required to open them.  Wouldn't do you much good in an emergency.

 

Most cabins on M class don't open.  Only exceptions are new cabins installed around 2012.  I believe most of these are on deck 11.
