MattInFLL Posted June 9, 2023 #1 Share Posted June 9, 2023 Hello - pre-pandemic, I had the emails for a couple of the office administrators for RCL's onshore dining department/operations. They would assist with, for example, coordinating putting together multiple separate reservations at Chops into one table/time for a special dinner. None of the people I used to communicate with are there anymore and now when I send an email to rcldining I am getting bot-like responses. MattInFLL Posted June 12, 2023 Author #3 Share Posted June 12, 2023 Well I sent an email to rcldining@rccl.com after doing some more searching, and got an automated reply that I needed to put ship name and sailing date in the subject line for it to be considered. So I sent it again and I put the date as "June 23, 2023". I received the same automated response. I don't know if that is what it always says , and my request is being reviewed - or if I was supposed to put the date in a format like 6/23/2023. It's been 2 days and no response as yet.
