Casino offers not showing up online??

We just received a casino offer for a highly discounted cruise and as part of the email a table showed the sailings and price (insides I assumed).  In the past when I went online to look at the sailing the email price would show up, however lately (and today) it only shows the normal price and then a slightly discounted one (a casino rate I assume), but not the advertised one.  While this may not seem like a big deal, it is to me as I want to see the new pricing for the higher level cabins.

Has anyone else experienced this and is there a solution to the problem?

I am experiencing the same thing.  There does not seem to be a solution to the online problem.  The only solution is to shoot your PCC an email for them to check on pricing.  It is unfortunate as it causes them to spend time on a cruise you are considering but not sure about.

It is crazy and a waste of time.  About a month ago I got an even better offer and it showed up on the website, so likely some recent programming change.

Dave - We're not casino people, but we have friends who are. They noticed that there was a lag of a day before the casino rates showed up earlier in the month. You'd think that the rates would be loaded before the email goes out... Anyway, their $100 rooms with $100 OBC showed up a day late.

I received a casino rate for a cruise I've been wanting to book yesterday.  Today the special rate isn't showing on HAL.  I am waiting for my TA to call me back with prices.  It's a bit frustrating, as I know that the special rates can sell out quickly.

Not a casino offer but did you sign in with your Mariner account?  We had a mail offer and then email offer that our TA and her HAL rep couldn't find until they put in our Mariner number.

Yes and used the correct one (my DW's) that lined up with the offer.

I got ahold of my PCC and she was able to quickly get me the price for a higher level cabin.  Nice deal IMO.

How do you see your offers online at all?  Do you just log in to your account and search for cruises?  Or is there a spot where they show up?

I'm new to Holland America and just on my first cruise with them.

Then I doubt that you will get a casino offer - usually based on your play from previous cruise.

To answer - HAL sends out emails on the casino offers, but sometimes they just show up when I go to book.  Crazy system!
