Does anyone know which OBC is used first if you have non refundable and refundable?

I believe non- refundable is used first.

It's supposed be that non-refundable is used first but there have been a few (very few) posts in the past that stated refundable was used first. I haven't seen anything recently that mentioned that so maybe the glitch has been cleared up.

Mine have always been nonrefundable first then refundable.
