Spa pass in the Haven

I just saw a video on YouTube that said if you’re in the Haven, you get a thermal spa pass automatically.   Is this true?

No...The only Haven guests who get "free" access to the Thermal Suite are those who have booked a Haven Spa Suite Cabin.  Everyone else in Haven must purchase the Thermal Suite pass if they wish to use that facility.

Nope. Fake News. Spa passes come with Spa Balcony B9, Spa Club Balcony M9, or Spa Haven H9 staterooms. Haven guests have a sauna  in the courtyard on the big ships.

Haven guests also have hot tubs in the courtyard.
