Online Check-In

Hello all.

 

I've a cruise with MSC in about 50 days.

 

Started the online check in but it failed to let me upload photo and credit card registry.

 

Tried it afterwards on the MSC app and it said I could only do it 30 days before departure - no such info on the website.

 

Any ideas on what's going on?

Even I’d you manage to get it to accept the credit card, you might have to redo it at the kiosks onboard.  So I wouldn’t worry about it.  Same for the photo.  EM

I got it to accept my credit card and photo before we cruised.

 

Got to check in they took our pictures again so I wouldn't worry about that.

 

My credit card was in the system so we were good there.

Maybe I'll try it again but if it doesn't work will end doing it on boarding.

Just wait until you board.

 

Photos are taken at embarkation.

 

Credit card to link to your cruise card is done at a MSC Cruise card activation kiosk.

Couldn't get a photo MSC website or app liked. My photo was taken at check-in, easy, no worries.

I was able to add photos weeks before sailing. Couldn’t add my CC though. I’m now a few days away from sailing. Still couldn’t add the CC through the website but was able to add it through the app.

and after uploading your photos they in all likelihood will take new ones when you get to the terminal.
