Cancelled Cruise - Refund Expectations?

Last night I cancelled a February 24 cruise over the phone. I had paid an initial deposit, specialty restaurants, and several shore excursions. All were paid using AMEX.

 

What kind of response can I expect from Princess?

From my experience, Princess will credit your original form of payment in approximately 10 days, including your deposit and anything else you pre booked and paid for.  Some people have reported that it takes longer.

Usually 7-10 days for mine on AX.
