not letting me complete my check in

Has anybody had this issue?   My wife has completed all the necessary documents, cruise contract etc for her check in.  It has all the check marks beside each category that is required.   she has filled out to receive her complimentary medallion and even though it says her order is confirmed she is still not showing completely checked in.  Everyone else in our party has done the exact same thing and we are all checked in.   We have called Princess and they continue to say there is nothing missing in her documentation.   But check in is still saying in complete.  has anyone else ever encountered this problem?

We had that once. I re-installed the app and it showed complete when I opened it.

The glorious app strikes again.  Don't worry about it.  Just show up with your passport and medallion.  There will be no problems.

It's possible that you don't have a credit card plugged in... ?  If you do, IDK.  Oh, maybe the return airport under emergency info?

Or a return airport?  There are so many small places to miss.

 

But as others have mentioned, she can check in with you and give them all the other information then.

I was having problems opening the app, but since I deleted and re-installed it, it is great.  We are both set with green lane.

When is your cruise?  If it’s after August 1st and you opted to pick up your Medallion at the port you will revert to blue, or if you’re outside the US same thing.  Only takes a few minutes normally so really not a problem.
