Mongolian Wok style area in the buffet on Caribbean princess

While watching a video on YouTube of someone's vacation on the Caribbean Princess, they showed an area called Mongolian Buffet which looks like you choose all your ingredients and they cook it in a stir fry for you. Kind of like the Mongolian Wok on Carnival ships. Is this an everyday offering at the buffet or only on a certain day? We are not big buffet eaters but would like to try it and don't want to miss it.

They had stir fry stations a couple of times on our Sky Princess cruise a couple of weeks ago.  They were rotating cook to order stations.  There was a cook to order basic pasta station every day, and then cook to order burgers, pasta, fried rice, stir fry, sausage sandwiches, and seafood "stews" on alternating nights in the buffet.  Some but not all were also available as options at lunchtime.  Not sure what the case will be on the Caribbean Princess, but that was something we didn't see as much on an organized basis on our other cruises.  So, maybe.....

The Mongolian stir fry was once per week on our back to back. Not to be a downer but it wasn't that great. The sauce had no flavor and you don't get a lot of meat because they scoop for you. YMMV though.

Mongolian BBQ with the ability to pick the ingredients for them to make was offered a couple of nights in the buffet on the Majestic each 7 days.

The Mongolian BBQ station is only during dinner service on a specific day(s) and usually shuts down 1 hour before the buffet closes.  The day's buffet theme are usually listed in the Event Listings where the hours of operation section is.

The Mongolian BBQ quality varies.  It all depends on the crew that is working the cooktop.  Sometimes it's great.  Other times it's just meh.  I thought it was done particularly well on the Majestic.  Crew that gets the privilege to eat the buffet particularly like it; there's always a line of crew between 19:30 and 20:30 on these nights.

Thank you all for the information. We will check on the app to find out which night it is.

Some of the ships are starting to give you a paper in your cabin showing the weekly highlights (specials) for the buffet.

Great idea.

On the Enchanted you could choose how much if each ingredient you wanted to begin with.

I didn't get any as it looked much to large a plate full.
