Oceanview cabins on deck 4 - noise from Promenade

Is there a lot of noise from above in oceanview cabins on the Radiance, from people walking/running on the Promenade above?

It's not a true "promenade"---it's outside, but is only along the sides of the ship, no loop.  The true walking/running is done on 12.

No.  Deck 4 is "the" deck for oceanview cabins on Radiance class.  IMnotHO.

If I remember correctly, there are signs that say running/jogging is not allowed on that deck.
