Included Shore Excursions on Seabourn?

Does anyone know if Seabourn are planning on “included” shore excursions?

I was checking Source for excursions on a cruise which visits Cherbourg in France and two of the excursions were marked as $0 - included. All of the other excursions for the cruise had a regular price. Those two now also have a price but wondered if this was Seabourn accidentally giving a preview of something they may experiment with?

I hope not as "included" means you are paying more for something you might not want.  As much as I loved the Regent cruise I hate the premium they charge for "free excursions" that I have no interest in.

I do not know of any plans for Seabourn to include free excursions.  They have always been available to purchase, if you want.
