Are the cabins on deck 3 Quantum class noisy from the casino?

We just got off an Alaska cruise in room 3216 and 3218 (3rd floor port side) and heard zero noise from the Casino. We did hear A LOT of noise from below us on the 2nd floor late at night and very early in the morning. Assuming it was workers moving things in the hallways etc since there are no statements on that floor. I was very happy to get home and finally get a quiet night of sleep. Plus the beds were too hard for my taste which made for a difficult 7 nights.
