HAL Shore Excursion Credit

If you have $100 Shore Excursion credit and book a shore excursion under $100 do you get the remainder to use on another excursion or do you lose it?

 

If you cancel the shore excursion do you get the credit back and if so how quickly.

The credit remains to use on another excursion. The credit that remains will be applied to the next excursion you book and then you pay the difference with another form of payment. Not sure about how long it takes to show upon cancellation.

Cancelled an excursion for an upcoming cruise having used shore excursion credit. It reappeared as shore excursion available funds in 24hrs!

Aligned with others - credit for cancelations is restored within a day to your booking for you to use again. And even though the terms state that the excursion credits are $100 per excursion, you can use the full amount on more than 1 excursion. If you go over, you just pay the difference. But you cannot share them between passengers.
