Agadir port ATM or currency exchange

Has anyone been to Agadir port before? Since the Moroccan Dirham (MAD) is a closed currency we can't get any before we arrive there so does anyone know if there is a cash point or exchange desk at Agadir port? We have excursions booked but want a little cash for tips and I know local currency is best.
