When does the app start working?

We have a cruise booked in April 2024.

I get the "sorry, we have hit a snag" error when go to my app and bring up that cruise.

I was able to look and book things months before we went on our Alaskan cruise this summer.

I was wondering if we are just too far from the date, or if I should contact Royal and see if there is a problem with my app.

When dose the app ever start working, correctly.
