Prestige Select Beverage package and room service

We are booked on the Vista next spring and as we were booked before "Simply More" we are still offered the "House Select" and "Prestige Select" beverage packages. 

When I go onto our booking on the website, under the Prestige Select offer, it states: "Unlimited premium spirits, champagne, wine and beer wherever and whenever you wish."

Does this mean we can order room service under the Prestige Select package? We were thinking pre-dinner drinks in our room?

yes you may as long as the bars are open.  I did this without a package.

Pre Dinner, if you don’t have a Butler, expect an hour wait for that drink.

When I have had the Premier package, the butler has always been willing to keep stocking a few of my favorite beers in the in-room refrigerator. If you don’t have a Butler, maybe the room attendant will do that.
