Crystal Complaint, Cristina Levis Email

Hi all, I'm trying to make a complaint against Crystal Guest Relations but the only email I have for Crystal is guestrelations@crystalcruises.com & they are blocking me from any complaints against themselves. I was told that Ms Levis took a personal interest in Crystal & would read all emails addressed to her & that Guest Relations were obligated to forward all emails to Ms Levis if I had her name in the subject ("For the Attention of Cristina Levis") but I've just received a generic reply from them again. Does anyone know how I might escalate a complaint or have a definitive way of getting in touch with Ms Levis?

If it were me I’d try the other social media platform and the Crystal Society group on it - Ms Levis is a regular participant in that forum and from her responses it’s very clear she is keen to assist when service levels aren’t what they should be
