Bottles of wine at Vines on Plus Package

I've seen mention that some bar tenders at Vines are willing to provide a bottle of wine between say two people and treat it as a fixed number (5 or 6)  of drinks against the Plus package. Is this commonly available in Vines or is it only a small number of  bar tenders that are happy to do this? The advantage that I see to doing this would be being able to take the part drunk bottle of wine into the restaurant for dinner. I would be interested to here any experiences of this. Thanks.

Hit and miss, but yes, we have been able to do this.  Depends on the bartender.  We usually develop a relationship with the bartenders at Crooners, but any bar that has your choice of wine would do.

 

Good luck.  It is certainly way easier to get the bottle when going to the dining room.

I’ve never heard of it but would sure have tried it if I had!

I’m sure it happens, but I would be surprised if it’s common policy. I’d imagine it might be treated the same way someone ordering 4 or 5 drinks at a time would be. Probably against policy to avoid sharing of packages,
