Rare arxcards Posted November 8, 2023 #126 Share Posted November 8, 2023 Maybe we could all chip in and buy a 10 seater and a permanent parking spot at BICT. It is likely though, after doing a cost/benefit analysis that it will be an option that is too expensive to bother with. I suspect that is the same rule of thumb that the QLD government has already considered for public transport. 1

springaussie Posted November 9, 2023 #129 Share Posted November 9, 2023 The issues for Brisbane Cruise Terminal will happen when the Port is closed due to rough conditions. This happened a couple times during Covid. This is certainly not the place to hold 3000 plus passengers. Imagine Quantum can’t dock Friday until midday Saturday. Pacific Encounter is due in 0600 Saturday. Carnival Luminosa has a Sunday turnaround 0600 - 1600.
