Getting Refund on Cheaper Packages??

Hi 

 

just curious if anybody knows this answer. Seeing as they have the black Friday sale if I purchase the booze package at this rate. And if for some strange reason it’s cheaper over the Christmas holidays can you cancel and rebook and get the difference back.? Is this something they do or am I locked in, at this rate, no matter if it goes cheaper or not?

Yes, cancel and rebook and hope that Royal is quick with your refund

 

Unfortunately they wont just refund you the difference, it is like starting over

Go into "orders" and click cancel. Refund process starts. Rebuy right away. Dont have to wait for a refund.

Does that mean you don't have to fork out the money twice... they just apply the first amount to the second purchase?

I have already done this 2 times. So easy. The refund takes longer to appear than the purchase, of course.

No they do not. They refund you and your new price must be paid to get it

Exception is if OBC is used.  This reappears in your account immediately after cancelling (refresh page).  Our experience with credit card is normally around a week for the first purchase to refund.
