AARP member credit

My AARP card only shows my first initial and not my complete first name.  The verification site says the first name doesn’t match, so it won’t verify me.  Has anyone successfully navigated this issue?

I changed it in AARP (very easy to do) then after I got the OBC, I changed it back. No humans involved - used the account profile settings in AARP. Very quick and easy.
