grayesun Posted June 7 #35 Share Posted June 7 We're booked on the inaugural cruise out of Tampa, bussing down with a group of fellow "Villagers". Excited and a little apprehensive about being first cruise guinea pigs, I'm sure there'll be some kinks & flaws - just hoping nothing serious or not easily remedied. I'm not a fan of cruises less than 7 days, so it took some persuading to get me on-board this mini-adventure. See everybody on-board around 5:00! 🕔 🍹

I vaguely remember 2001 🤯 Getting to that point to I have to pull up old photo albums to see what I was doing. 😂 My BIG cruise is next April and the Panama Canal. Definitely a Bucket List item since I was a kid.

Patman2u Posted June 14 #47 Share Posted June 14 I'm not seeing the 10 drink for $99 on the Islander website. Anyone know if it'll be offered once on board?
pr8hd Posted June 15 #48 Share Posted June 15 The wristbands are (sadly) only a Paradise thing. Islander drink plan is pretty much the same as Carnival.
Patman2u Posted June 15 #49 Share Posted June 15 That's too bad... would've been perfect for my needs. Separate topic - I just counted 327 cabins that are still available on 18th sailing. Per wiki, the ship has 1100 cabins - seems like it won't be crowded at all.
pr8hd Posted June 15 #50 Share Posted June 15 (edited) I love the wristband. You can buy more than one drink at a time, share, and the gratuity is included. If you run out of drinks, head back to Euphoria and buy another one. Cabin topic: Where can I find that info? Wondering what is left on July 16 cruise. I wanna be the upgrade fairy for someone.
