Oceania booked flights - when do you receive the flight information?

A couple cruising with us March 2024 Seoul - Tokyo have decided to book their flights through Oceania.  We are trying to determine what flights Oceania will book for them and have been told they will receive their flights 45 days in advance.  I thought it was 90 days in advance?  Which timeframe is correct?  TIA

The best advice you could give them is to change their cruise specs and take the air credit and DIY the air. 
One only needs to search here on CC for the zillion horror stories about O air- particularly bizclass arrangements (and bottom line cost).
