Maybe some juice to get her electrolytes balanced and lots of sparkling water for dehydration?  I’d suggest an energy drink but if she wants to rest that won’t help.

she’s a big Celsius girl and they have that onboard. I bet she hits it hard once she gets moving. She got pizza last night but she’ll feel better when she eats something too. I’m good letting her sleep it off, that’s what she needs most!

Coach Cruise posted the Diamond Lunch menu… now I’m questioning my choices because this menu is way better than the last one I had. Oh well. I don’t know if I’d be able to fully gorge tonight if I’d done this. No Regrets!

Serenity is every bit the wind tunnel I remembered from MG. Like, the main area isn’t even usable. People are getting their salad at fresh creations and scurrying around to the side before it blows out of the bowl…

Headed back to check on B… she’s still snoozing hard, but came to long enough to tell me she showered and got back in bed..🛌

captain’s announcement was simple, we’re at 18 knots off the coast of Cuba.🇨🇺  Today should be overcast with occasional rain, temps in the mid 70’s.

Sounds like an excellent day for a nap and snoozin before Chef's Table!

Definitely gonna miss Love & Marriage tonight with Chef’s Table. It’s usually not this early on. Oh well! Next time.

passing MSC’s new terminal which is taking shape…. Still apprehensive on that one. I’ll do it eventually I’m sure.

LOVED MSC Seaside Yacht Club, better than most suites.  Will be scheduling her again now that she is ported at Canaveral.
