St. Lucia - Need covid vaccination card with us?

I've tried to find this out, but not clear.  

 

If coming in on a cruise ship do we need to bring our vax cards with us when disembarking?  There is also mention of an immigration form.  Not sure about that either.

I'm taking mine just in case. You can't have too much documentation.

First, don't get your legal info from contributor web site.  I'd suggest the government web site of the country you will be visiting.  Secondly, at the very least, bring a photocopy and shoot a photo on your phone.

Did so, but was confusing.    In the meantime, I found out from my TA that the info on their site was old.

No vax card needed for St. Lucia.

You dont need vaccinations to cruise anymore, so no, you dont need it.

We’ve not cruised in awhile because we wintered in Mexico for 8 years. But we would never go anywhere without our original passport and drivers license.

You can certainly carry a photocopy or e-copy of your immigration papers (e.g. Passport) if you’d like. But do not produce either copy to a government official as proof of ID. In the best scenario they will just laugh at you, in the worst scenario copies are illegal, and you could be detained…

 

And of course if you are delayed (due to a medical emergency or other cause) and miss the ship, you cannot fly out if your original passport is in your cabin safe…

So just basic information for traveling, whether flying or cruising…Some will advise just the opposite, but understanding the risks is important before taking them…
