Southampton to Heathrow Travel

What is the earliest Heathrow flight you could make after exiting a ship in Southampton on a Thursday? I see a desired flight leaving at 11:55 am. Is this cutting it too close if I did a walkoff?

See this fairly recent post from JB (the query here was about a flight about 55 minutes  later than the one you are considering). Definitely walk off and book a local car service.

Yes, can be done but there's no wiggle-room and certainly no guarantee.
